<p>ONA® is a hypnobirthing relaxation and contraction tracking tool designed to support you during labor. The app offers relaxations, soothing music, and clear insights into your contractions (or "surges" in hypnobirthing terminology). ONA® assists you in regulating your breathing through each surge with a visual wave visualization. You can monitor the progress of your labor, record each surge as it occurs, and make informed decisions regarding when to contact your midwife or proceed to the hospital.</p>

<h2>TRACK THE PROGRESS OF YOUR LABOR</h2>

<p>Record your surges (contractions) and track the advancement of your labor by simply tapping the button on the homescreen. Use the calming wave visualization to stay relaxed as your surges unfold. In the Tracker section, view sequential information for each surge including start time, duration, and gap between surges.</p>

<p>You can log in to your profile from multiple devices, allowing birth partners to use account details to easily monitor the progression of your labor.</p>

<h2>FEEL RELAXED AND CALM</h2>

<p>Listen to hypnobirthing relaxations and positive affirmations during pregnancy to boost confidence and alleviate any fears about childbirth. Listening to relaxations can also improve sleep during pregnancy. These relaxations, if heard without headphones, can familiarize your baby with them, associating the sound with relaxation.</p>

<p>During labor, these relaxations aid in maintaining a calm demeanor. Regular practice during pregnancy familiarizes you with these techniques and helps you stay relaxed during labor. Affirmations will instill confidence in the birthing process. Postpartum, continue listening to relaxations for relaxation and improved sleep.</p>

<p>Customize your hypnobirthing session by selecting tracks and their playing order.</p>

<h2>BREATHE</h2>

<p>ONA® directs you on controlled breathing techniques during surges, promoting calmness during labor and throughout pregnancy. Proper breathing ensures adequate oxygen intake required by muscles and your baby during labor. Regular practice enhances natural adoption of this technique during labor.</p>

<p>ONA® offers various audio options during surges including counting for breathing guidance and hypnobirthing relaxations.</p>

<p>Enjoy additional audio meditations with ONA Plus. Choose between two distinctive formats for visualizing surge data:</p>

  <li>Bar chart: Represents surge duration and gap since the previous surge.</li>
  <li>Graph: Offers a clear progression overview over time aiding in deciding when to contact medical assistance.</li>
</ul>

<p>Postpartum, email yourself a record of surge data for reference.</p>

<p>Get organized pre-birth by preparing a hospital bag with helpful checklists for mom, partner, and baby.</p>
